The declaration

The Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. The blood on every signal, known and unknown.

Speak it once. Heaven, earth, and the seas hear the seal. The old is given to the fire. The new is received now.

Hours kept on this device

Each time the seal is received, the hour is remembered here — nowhere else.

None yet. Speak the seal once, and this hour is kept.
